Speech Therapy at Home

After a stroke or illness, talking, thinking clearly, and even swallowing safely can become hard. Our licensed speech-language pathologists help you or your loved one communicate, think, and eat with more confidence and safety — at home.

Getting started

What to expect

From your first call to the first visit at home.

1

Call us or request care

Reach us by phone or send a quick request. We'll gather the basics and help confirm coverage — usually the same business day.

2

A nurse visits and builds the plan

A registered nurse visits the home for a full assessment, reviews your physician's orders, and builds a care plan around real needs.

3

Care begins at home

Your assigned clinician begins visits on the agreed schedule, and we keep you and your doctor informed along the way.

For physicians & discharge planners

We make referrals easy: same-day acknowledgment, start of care within 24–48 hours of receiving orders, and written clinical updates after every visit. See our referral page or call (813) 400-0324.
