Occupational Therapy at Home

Occupational therapy is about the everyday things that matter most — getting dressed, cooking a meal, bathing safely, staying independent. Our occupational therapists help you or your loved one do the daily tasks of life with more confidence and less risk.

Getting started

What to expect

From your first call to the first visit at home.

1

Call us or request care

Reach us by phone or send a quick request. We'll gather the basics and help confirm coverage — usually the same business day.

2

A nurse visits and builds the plan

A registered nurse visits the home for a full assessment, reviews your physician's orders, and builds a care plan around real needs.

3

Care begins at home

Your assigned clinician begins visits on the agreed schedule, and we keep you and your doctor informed along the way.

For physicians & discharge planners

We make referrals easy: same-day acknowledgment, start of care within 24–48 hours of receiving orders, and written clinical updates after every visit. See our referral page or call (813) 400-0324.
